I am hesitant to mention any Talib comparison. Talib is one of the best in the NFL. Also as someone mentioned last year was his 3rd and now he is going into his 4th. He will likely improve very little if at all at this point.
Edit: Just to be clear if he doesn't improve or improves very slightly I would be happy as long as he doesn't go backwards. He played very solid football last year when asked to do things he could. We must except not every player will be a super star. Having good starters like Rowe is important even if all he is is a good starter.
I agree that Talib comparisons are very premature. However, there's no reason to believe we've seen Rowe's ceiling. CBs seem to (in my anecdotal experience) peak in their late 20s. Talib arguably didn't peak until Denver, after all.
