Someone has to cover Gronk and Bennett. Seems to always involve Richards. Probably waiting for the say when he gets to play against some scrub TE like Ben Watson

Compartively that is likely a good step down from these 2 though.

Per @MattEdmonds18, it appears Sunseri takes on Slater's role when Slater isn't in on certain special teams units. May be Ebner's usual role

This is in regards to commanding the unit on punt and getting the right play call.
