Why get younger? We already have Hobbs, Wheatley, Wilfork and Richardson.

Not about getting younger for the sake of younger, but if we can get better. Sometimes the draft is just the best place to find an upgrade at a position.

Ty Law didn't see significant snaps until late in his rookie year ('95). Ellis Hobbs didn't see significant snaps until the KC game his rookie year and from that point on, the D looked much better with him in there than Duane Starks.

I hope to see Wheatley at CB later this year. If he starts the later games in O'Neal's place, he'll have followed the Law/Hobbs path and will likely be entrenched as a starter in '09.
