For anyone thinking about attending any of next year's west coast road games, be sure to join the Patriots Tailgate Yahoo Group in my signature below.

I'd like to take in the 49ers game with the wife so maybe we could meet up again depending on the month it is. I'm hosting a group of Orangemaners for the Broncos game that I made friends with on my Denver trips. That should interesting

Unless Pitt or Indy collapse down the stretch this season, next season's opponents will be

Home
Miami, Buffalo, Jets, Denver, KC, Ariz, StL, Pitt

Away
Miami, Buffalo, Jets, Oak, SD, SF, Sea, Indy

Thanks,Pony....i was just thinking about this.

At least we get the broncos, here

Gonna have to bring the SWAT team to Ind + SD

Keep in mind that the players themselves would think analysis this far in advance in a waste, because each season, each team takes on a new identity. They would say - one week at a time, don't look too far ahead.

but since we're fans, not players, I'd say Indy away, SanDiego away, Seattle away, Pittsburgh home, and Denver home are all tough games.

There are 3-4 others that you can't assume will be easy. So, as always, it all depends on how the pats play.
If we play really well, we can beat anyone. If we're struggling, then all of these games become monsters.

I am absolutley going to one of the West Coast games.

It would make too much sense to have back to back West coast games..(A really good idea, meaning the NFL will not have it happen...) Oh..and there was talk earlier in the year that the Denver game would be in Canada...taking away a home game.
I agree..the actual schedule is MOST important as to how hard it will be. Expect the NFL to make it the worst possible for the Pats..as they did in 05.

What is with all the agonizing over west coast trips? Over an eight year period we play every NFL team once at home and once away.

So does every AFC team. Every single one. If you get an tough year next year with several west coast trips, perhaps it was because we had an easy year or two. Anyone know how many west coast trips we had this year?

Also, every year play a different AFC division. The entire AFCE plays the same divsion as we do. What AFC division we play changes each year, just like for all the AFC divisions.

This schedule paranoia is silly.

I wonder how soon I can get tickets to the Seattle game. I'm about 2.5 hours north of Seattle and would love to see the Pats again. The last time I saw them was when they lost to the Seahawks in that ghetto dive called the Kingdome back in the Parcells/Bledsoe days.

4 west coast trips are absolutely BRUTAL

If they had 2 in a row do you think the Pats would stay on the west coast during that week? I have been wondering that since I saw the schedule

If they were to play Oakland and San Francisco back to back they wouldn't have to move at all. Brady could stay at Mom and Dad's - I'm going to those 2 games and at least the San Diego game. Maybe Seattle too. I always go to the game in Miami and at least 1 at the Razor so it could be a 6 game year for me. Maybe even 7 if I get 2 games back to back at the Razor when some of my vacation time is scheduled.

That schedule is great, but I don't think we'll get lucky on the scheduling like this year. they'll give us 4 monday night games or some insane thing like that

Why are we talking about next year and we are 12-0.....?

Potential blow out wins would get me pretty jacked up.
Exactly. What fan doesn't enjoy going to a home game when they think their team might blow the other team out and their team actually does blow the opponent out? That's always thoroughly enjoyable.
