I have a Co-worker who is a Commander’s fan.

Good guy, I feel bad for him.

We were discussing them drafting Forbes and Daniels over Gonzo and Drake.

I asked why the Commanders were enamored with slightly built players. He just shook his head and walked away.

Seriously if the Commanders have another disaster of a season, quite possible, he can at least look forward to another bite at the franchise QB apple.

I’d love for the Commanders to pick just ahead of the Jete and draft the QB they desperately want.

Incredible.

2012 was an even better season, but the 26 rushing TDs obscured its greatness. One of the highest scoring offenses in NFL history. Even Aaron Rodgers was voted ahead of Brady that year, and the Packers only had 7 rushing TDs and they were not nearly in the Patriots' universe as an offense.

Bedard just said that Gonzalez should not expect a Stingley type deal.

Stingley got $60m guaranteed over 4 years, for a total of $90m (3 yrs ago).

If Bedard is right, Gonzalez will either accept half of what Witherspoon got guaranteed or else he will be traded.
