As we come up to the start of the new league year and free agency is about to begin, I thought I would throw out some names of players I think the New England Patriots might be interested in.

Yep; and Safety is a position - like ILB, DT, RB & Right-side OLmen - that a smart FO can fill adequately and affordably with NFL-caliber players through free agency throughout the offseason and/or late in the draft... There are many more of that type of fish in the sea than there are Left Tackles, Pass-Rushers, WR1s & CB1s, so no reason to make McCourty's replacement a higher priority than the others, especially Left Tackle, WR1 & CB1, where we ain't got Nobody right now.
