That wildcard loss certainly wasn’t on Mac even if it’s still unlikely the team wins that game if the defense plays competently but Mac looks like he found a way to motivate himself. Gotta love that.

Whatever gets him fired up is good, even if it's contrived or making a mountain out of an anthill. Brady is wired the same way- he always found something to get pissed about. Bird was the same. If Bird couldn't find anything to get upset about, he would just start talking trash.

I just hope he stays healthy. Bailey Zappe does not pass the eye test. He has a weak arm that would make Chad Pennington look like prime Vinny Testaverde. Not only does he have a weak arm,. he is short, slow and inaccurate. No idea why the Pats chose him.

Zappe and Hoyer must be the two worst backups in the league
