Once Again, Patriot Season Decided In Miami

The season's pretty much decided already. The Division is won and a first-round bye is secured. The only thing on the line is home field throughout which is nice to have but not as crucial as the first two things I listed.

Now that Denver is out, I agree, but I still would like to avoid a trip to the west coast for the AFCCG if possible. Go Pats!!

If the Raiders win, the Pats will have everything to play for and Miami will have nothing to play for. Miami is the 6th seed, no matter if they win or loose. This is perfect for the Pats.

Don't they play after us? I think we will not know going into the game whether Oakland won.

How will the season be decided before the playoffs even start?

unfortunately, the Pats/tuna game will not be flexed to 4. Hence the Pats won't know the outcome/progress of the Raiders/Donkeys game until their own game is already over.

Oh, I thought they had flexed it already. So the Pats will have to win. The good news is that the Dolphoons will have nothing to play for.

Define 'nothing to play for'. Last year they weren't even in playoffs contention when they decided to play us Superbowl style. At the end of the day, we're their divisional foes. They will jump on every opportunity to cause us harm in our quest for the #1 seed, or otherwise, just play dirty... God knows they have at least 2 douchebags on that D-line who would want nothing more than breaking TB's legs.
