Is Brady dealing with cancer in his family?

Every MNF game, Tom Brady is interviewed for radio. Tonight, I only caught the tail end of the interview, but Tom and the host were talking about breast cancer and the host implied that Brady is dealing with someone in his family with cancer right now.

Just about 45 minutes ago.

Brady has a mother and at least two sisters.

While they don't get mentioned, I wouldn't be surprised if there were a bunch of cousins and so on as well, given the traditional-Catholic vibe his father gives off.

So just by the numbers, I wouldn't be surprised by breast cancer somewhere in the mix.

Hopefully it's just a scare or two rather than the real thing, but the real thing wouldn't be surprising either.

Thomas Brady Sr. does or did some kind of speechifying or advocacy or whatever for explicitly conservative Catholic values/behavior. None of his family seems to have a problem with that, even though Jr. has been known to disregard some of the most obvious of those guidelines (e.g. about premarital sex).
