Gronk Parties Hard

Someone had posted the url to Gronk's cruise last fall. I was very tempted to go despite the $700 price tag and other associated costs (like airfare to FL).

Looks like the cruise was everything we'd expect from a Gronkulous party. Sounds like a fun (if raucous) but harmless time, particularly since Gronk's family was on board too. Can we safely say that Gronk is the undoubted MVP (MV-partier) of the NFL?

I don't like the alcohol intake tbh. I'm a believer that excessive alcohol intake takes its toll on the body and can have an effect on your athleticism down the line, in particular causing joint and muscle injuries and recovery from those injuries. He needs to learn to have fun without excessive alcohol intake.

ha. Ha. HAHA. You have no idea how much professional athletes drink. This is, at most, par for the course, just in a more public setting. Some pro athletes will literally drink enough to kill a normal sized man.

judas priest.......how many times does this need to be put to bed?

Gronks a health freak.......he's a big baby who acts the way he does when he's completely sober

but when it comes to health, anyone in any way critical of him is clueless

he may drink some, but his diet routines are very well known.......his health and nutrition are as goof as it gets

I've actually drank with Gronk before in the offseason at Lemon Bar over in Atlantic Beach a few years ago. "Some" is putting it lightly. He was knocking them back. FWIW, though, Justin Blackmon drank at the same place and he put them back with much more authority than Gronk. It has also been a few years since that happened so maybe Gronk may have curtailed it a bit.

yup....he's a health freak who like to party...he's already made it clear to coach that having fun is what inspires him to work out more and harder.

the other 99% of the time, he's avoiding carbs, loading up on proteins and consuming for the purpose of maximizing his workouts
