Seriously. And he practiced every day last week, too. Granted it was on a limited basis but thus far he has absolutely no update on Hightower.

My first post wasn't sarcastic at all.

His second tweet tried to quickly cover it up as if he merely mistakenly wrote "knee" instead of "shoulder" when that was completely his intent as he was remarking how he was moving through the lockerroom well!

It's all good. I like Volin and hopes he grows into his role.
