Current forecast for the game: high of 58 and rain. Heck, that's 12 degrees warmer than today in Miami.
That’s a huge break for Miami if this comes to pass. Should be below freezing and snow to make Tyreek and Waddle hug each other by the heater, issuing profanities about the weather.

New Year

Tua is lower tier than Burrows and Allen.
And Mac is a tier lower than Tua. (Check the numbers )Tua's coaching is about three tiers above Mac's. Once the Competition Committee approves rocketry as a valid technique on offense, we should be fine.

That’s because the Bengals were cold and just mailed it in the second half. That was a big part too.
It was only 21 degrees.

The Bengals play outside and its currently 15 degrees in Cincinnati. The Bengals stadium is on the Ohio river and it always feels colder near water.

Check out the two Miami/Buffalo games. Whatever the eventual outcome there, I don't think the current Pats' team is in the same league as either of them. Tua has his limitations, and he's an annoying little twit, but the Dolphins have done a terrific job at putting him in a context - scheme and personnel-wise - which adapts to his issues, takes advantage of his skills. This is precisely what Bill - coach and GM - has failed (miserably) to do for Mac. The bottom line is that the Pats are now so badly coached that I don't think they have much of a chance come Sunday. It doesn't bother me that much, however: this season has been about next season all along. The notion this is a playoff team has been from the start, certainly since the offensive (pun) coaching staff was announced, a soothing delusion.

You’d much rather be the 7-8 pats with the hope a new OC, $50 million in cap space & a top 15 pick can fix the offense than the 8-7 dolphins out of cap space & picks.

Win or lose the dolphins made numerous mistakes including trading a first & paying bradley chubb 100+ million. Their defense is mediocre & offensively you can’t have two pass catchers with barely anything else (2009 pats). That hasn’t even gotten to year 3 tua’s play recently either.

Pats may suck offensively & choke away another winnable game but it’s big the dolphins probably won’t be a problem longterm IMO.

Usually teams that mail it in don’t attempt 52 passes, they probably would have run the ball a lot more if they mailed it in, in the second half.

We can be honest about how bad this team is without minimizing the ways that they play well. The defense was really good in the second half, just as it was against the Raiders, just as it has been in almost every game. Sure the defense has made key mistakes but overall it’s been very good.

The common denominator is that they are both Alabama QBs.

2 negatives cancel out.

For all the praise that Tua has received this season and he is in the same spot as his buddy Mac. Lose and no playoffs for you. Looks like getting the great Tyreek really didn't help that over rated Bama QB afterall. Fire the OC. Fire the HC. Fire everyone but Tua.

So basically we got screwed by the refs again:

If it's a close game pull Rham close to the end. Don't want him having anything to do with the end of the game. He cost us two games in consecutive weeks unbelievable.

Here's a question does Tua and Miami have our number??

who do you go to though? It's his first fumble since I think last year. We have two rookies right now behind him, I think at this point we have to ride with him. He's been our best offensive player this year.

Can you imagine if he's out of the game and we give the ball to Kevin Harris and he fumbles? Don't' think we'll see that from Rham again.

The fish played well in a Buffalo snowstorm though….

There has to be a chance Damian Harris is back by Sunday right?

Also I don’t agree at all with blaming Rham for the Raiders game. Sure he made the first lateral but he’s not the one that turned it over. The logic that anything that leads up to a turnover is to blame for the turnover doesn’t add up for me. If that was true you would blame Andrews for snapping it and Mac for handing it off because without those things happening Meyers would have never been able to make a lateral. Meyers took full blame for the play people should accept that. Also Rham should have had the fumble last week blown dead by the officials if we are re litigating everything.

That defense didn't and Tua was pretty meh. 17 of 30 for 230 yards. Carried by two big plays really, Moshert had a huge run and Waddle had a long reception that went for a TD.

Well really you blame whoever made the call to run it at the end against the raiders. 3rd & 10 with less than 10 seconds left and the raiders have no timeouts. Just take the knee and go to OT. I mean was no one thinking "if we run it here what if there is a bad snap, bad handoff or what if Stevenson gets it punched from him". That one has to go on Patricia if he made the call to run it at the end and Belichick for not overruling it. Take the knee, your defense has been playing well outside of you deciding to have Marcus Jones play 10 yards off that jag Mack Hollins on a 4th down and then another nyfl review screw job.

We need to study whatever the chargers did against miami and gb did in the 2nd half yesterday. Tua looked awful. I dont think cold would have bothered them they had a pretty good outing in buffalo. Tua is usually good for at least one freebie though , too bad in week one myles swatted an easy pick away from dmc.

You had me at blame Patricia.

There was a report that they considered having him active as an emergency backup on Saturday, so it sounds like he’s close.
