We like him too. I was very glad when he extended his contract. A lot of head coaches burn out when they hit the 10-year mark. Payton seems rejuvenated.

Glad to hear his injury is not as bad as first thought. He was playing well. That was the fastest I have ever seen any player rushed to the locker room. I thought it was much worse the way they were scrambling.

Agree on both points. I don't think Hicks has any locker room issues and has been reported as a hard worker. The locker room problems were with woman whipping Junior Galette and party animal Kenny Stills. Hicks may thrive with the Pats as a 4-3 DT. As for Hooman, he is likely to get way more...

I think that's a fair analysis with the exception of the sophomore year (edit: with Rob Ryan) improvement. The D dropped from a top 10 group in 2013 to a bottom 5 group in 2014. So he may have improved, but I didn't see it. I do think he is carrying too much weight right now and it has slowed...
