Dude, I'm evaluating Brady the same way I'm evaluating Jones, the same way I'm evaluating Herbert, the same way I'm evaluating Allen, etc... You evaluate the QB based upon the pluses and minuses against him, and with all the available context that can inform about his physical and mental game.
