    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Athletically he tested slightly better than the average TE. People keep treating him like he tested out of the gym. He tested slightly above avg and had no production. He's a JAG.

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Kittle was a much better athlete and taken in the 5th. Bad comparison.

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

So we drafted a slightly more athletic than average TE "Rudy" in the 3rd round? Little to no production to speak of. Seems about right. I fully expect him to go the way of Geneo Grissom (slightly athletic/no-production 3rd rounder).
  4. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

No...I am not a fan of playing team sports. Enjoy watching them only.

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Why was he underused if he was the player some are making him out to be? He's a high effort guy, and I'm sure he has a lot of people hoping he succeeds, but his play screams JAG.
  6. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Aaron Hernandez was a difference maker in college. Keene is a high-effort guy...nothing more.
  7. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Don't read about it. Watch him. He tries hard, but he's an avg-below avg tight end...in every way.
  8. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

You can't teach natural talent either. He's capped.

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Keep yourself in the tree and use a bow and arrow. You'll be fine.
  10. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

Sounds like Rudy, minus the hunting. I'll pass. By the way, it's not difficult to find, kill and cook a wild boar.
  11. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

The guy is a high effort average-below average player. His career is evidence of that.
  12. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

He's not a good blocker. He's a very high effort blocker, but not a good one.

Focusing On The Weak Link On Defense: DT

It's pretty obvious what's happening here...ball control in reverse. The lack of talent at DT is intentional and specifically designed to keep our offense off the field. The more they run it, the more clock that gets chewed, the less the Pat's WR personnel have to see the field. It's...

DRAFT Pick 37, Patriots Select Safety Kyle Dugger (Division2)

I'd be willing to bet you have a pretty good idea how this "guy is going to turn out". We all do.

DRAFT Pick 37, Patriots Select Safety Kyle Dugger (Division2)

It would be better if he didn't draft one who spent 6 years at the level of high-end high school football.
  17. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

20 catches a year? And this evidence of him being good blocker?
  18. I

    DRAFT Dalton Keene

What is it this guy supposedly does well?
  19. I

    Setting Stidham up for Success

Our RB group consists of one quality pass catching RB and a bunch of JAGS. I specifically referred to skill position players, so the OL point is irrelevant. WRs, outside of a 34 yr old JE are absolutely horrible. TE's are rookies and unknown
  20. I

    Setting Stidham up for Success

The biggest problem Stidham faces is that we are returning most of our players on offense. The rookies are an unknown, but the returning offensive skill players are as bad as any unit in the league. Not hyperbole. Not quite sure where you find the "depth" on offense, unless you're just...
