NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

The guy is a 59% passer for his career. He is now 30, meaning the best days of using his legs are behind him. The fact that he remains unemployed in a QB driven league is strong evidence of my assessment.

    Reiss: Yodny Cajuste healthy

I don't think we'll be hearing much more about Dugger or Keene moving forward. I have hope for Uche and Asiasi.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Are you claiming there are no "egregious" cases of qualified white candidates being overlooked? Qualified people get overlooked all the time. What's your point?

My question to those ready to crown the Bills

Easily ours? Least talented skill position group in the division with a QB who has never started an NFL game. Virtually no run-stopping DT depth, and we lost 2 of our starting LBs. Please explain.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Since you're speaking on behalf of "what people want", who is asking for "more black people in positions of power"? I thought we weren't supposed to consider color of skin when making hiring decisions. Isn't that the goal? Can you ask the "people" for whom you're speaking?

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

You're relying on the rushing ability of a player entering his 30's? Let me get this right...he's an inaccurate passer, coming off a shoulder injury, entering his 30's, and we're wondering why he remains unsigned? Let's also not forget the tremendous effort and leadership he showed by...

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Is 59% a good completion percentage for an NFL QB in 2020? Weirdly enough both Cam and the bum Kaepernick are career 59% passers. Strange

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

This could be the most ignorant post I have read in this forum.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Past performance is not an assurance of future production. The last time Cam Newton was on a football field, he sucked, and his skin color was irrelevant....he simply sucked. Additionally, he sucked with some pretty good skill position talent. He's a career 59% passer entering his 30's.

So you're agreeing the last time we saw Cam, he sucked. Now all you have to do is acknowledge that probably has something to do with why he's unsigned.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Based on your logic, the white poverty stricken portions of West Virgina should produce some serious athletes. You should notify some NFL GMs. They're really missing some fertile recruiting ground.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

So. More black people have had more opportunities at WR. Let's keep going on this.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Last time we saw them (Dalton and Fitz), they could throw. Last time we saw Cam, he couldn't throw. Kind of a prerequisite to playing QB. Not very complicated.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

Define better outcome. You say "dig deeper into the issue (if there is one)". Isn't this part of the problem? Digging in a search for a problem vs solving an actual one.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

A long way to go toward what goal? Pardon my ignorance of history. I do find this entire thing hilarious.

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

The examples you use strangely only go one direction. Off topic - Is Tuskegee University a racist institution based on your logic?

NFL to propose to improve a team's draft position if it hires a person of color as HC or GM

We're not talking about diversity of viewpoints. We're talking about diversity of skin color when the goal is supposed to be moving toward a colorblind world. Diversity of thought > diversity of skin color.
