I'd say Douglas is actually isn't the slot, at least in how Josh has run the offense before, he won't stand up to the workload previous guys took.

He has also said that he will do whatever the team that drafts him wants him to do; he wants to play both ways, but it doesn't seem like he will make a stink otherwise.....Everything that is out there about him says he is pretty level headed for a guy with as much talent as he has.

And on at least 3 of his TDs the CB in coverage fell down. He may not play like Harry, but I don't need that comparison to not like him.

If the team is going back to using a FB, I'd prefer an actual FB that can block and catch some passes.

I said the money wasn't big, it was likely age and new contract. The team isn't going to be in on every available player. I also wonder, even though the team says otherwise, how much losing their director of pro personnel effected things.

It wasnt huge, 16mill, but more than I want to pay a 32yr old guard, then probably lose him because they aren't going to give him the last big contract.

What Seattle wants in trade is almost immaterial to the situation, no one is giving up anything of significant value without having a contract agreed to by DK.
