This is about what I think. One of Belichick's major questions to knew players has always been "is football important to you?". He knows if the answer is truthful and from the heart or just lip service. Don't lie to Dad. He can farking see right thru you and into your soul.

Dude shows up to work at 5 everyday. He has more than just general knowledge of the performance of the 53+ employees he supervises not to mention what he knows about the rest of the players in the league. The guy is married to his job.
