I just tested it - no, if the post is hidden, it won't appear. If you click the red button on the top to view muted posts, it's also still framed in red, with the green border then visible just inside of it. If it's an ignored user, it also won't be visible.

Before I delete this, for some reason it seems to still be available for anyone who hasn't taken advantage of it.

Fixed the links to the associated posts being referenced in the notifications, so you can view them directly. That's helpful for older posts that might have received a vote that you might not recognize.

Added a "Mark Read" link to make it easier to clear notifications.

Also - don't waste these on me. For those who hit it just to test it out, just click on it to clear it and go use it on other deserving people on the forum. Again, you only get 3 per day, and they're definitely better used on those. ;)

I've said all I'm going to say on it. My recommendation from here is for the two (or at least one of the two) to use the ignore/block function and move on.
