Site News New "Kudos" Reaction & Community Hub

And great question - I hadn't tested it but fortunately, it seems to work as intended.

Site News New "Kudos" Reaction & Community Hub

I just tested it - no, if the post is hidden, it won't appear. If you click the red button on the top to view muted posts, it's also still framed in red, with the green border then visible just inside of it. If it's an ignored user, it also won't be visible.

    OT: Boston Herald Subscription $2 - 2yrs

Before I delete this, for some reason it seems to still be available for anyone who hasn't taken advantage of it.

Fixed the links to the associated posts being referenced in the notifications, so you can view them directly. That's helpful for older posts that might have received a vote that you might not recognize.

Added a "Mark Read" link to make it easier to clear notifications.

Also - don't waste these on me. For those who hit it just to test it out, just click on it to clear it and go use it on other deserving people on the forum. Again, you only get 3 per day, and they're definitely better used on those. ;)

Site News New "Kudos" Reaction & Community Hub

I have a list of things I'm working on through the offseason, with the first couple of things just added. NEW "KUDOS" REACTION One of the things I really wanted to address is the fact that we really don't do a great job of acknowledging quality posts, which is what this feature is meant to...

Patriots Rumor A.J. Brown trade rumors heat up - Should Patriots get him?

I guess my whole thing is I'd be hard-pressed to part with Boutte. He's not a top guy, but I'd hate to lose him because you at least know what you have and he's been solid, and he's still relatively young. But I agree with you on the rest. They need another explosive playmaker, who would make...

    OT: Boston Herald Subscription $2 - 2yrs

Definitely. I added it to the calendar on my phone to look at it one day before it jumps to $19.95 per month in 2028.

    OT: Boston Herald Subscription $2 - 2yrs

You can (and I also watch them), but there were a lot of features they've both written that they don't get into on their podcasts. The same can be said for quite a bit of the stuff Christopher Price and Nicole Yang have done with the Globe.

    OT: Boston Herald Subscription $2 - 2yrs

I know you guys might not like Herald, but Callahan and Kyed are terrific. There were quite a few pieces of analysis they put out this season and during the playoffs that were outstanding.

    OT: Boston Herald Subscription $2 - 2yrs

Got this email this morning, and I signed up for it, and it seems to be a link that would work for everybody. This is a pretty good deal, and if you haven't been reading Andrew Callahan and Doug Kyed, especially some of the features that were behind a paywall, these guys are terrific and...

Patriots Rumor A.J. Brown trade rumors heat up - Should Patriots get him?

Not only that, but if they can find a long-term solution for a more dynamic threat, it changes things, and Boutte becomes an even more dangerous player. Diggs' presence did that for a good portion of the season. They just need someone else who can demand more attention when it comes to...

Patriots Rumor A.J. Brown trade rumors heat up - Should Patriots get him?

I don't think you want Brown over Boutte. Boutte made a critical one-handed grab for a touchdown reception in that playoff game against Houston, while Brown had multiple drops that cost Philly in their loss. I understand Brown's ceiling being higher in theory, but he didn't look like that...

Breer: Vrabel says the Pats will approach the offseason getting younger, cheaper, & better options

There are tools in place that allow people to not see users who are diminishing their experience here. People often seem to want me or the mods to control who exists here, rather than take a step to make them not exist on their timeline. For someone who is annoying in one thread, the mute...

Breer: Vrabel says the Pats will approach the offseason getting younger, cheaper, & better options

It was stupid. I said it the day it happened. And I would have said the same to you if you made the same ridiculous decision. My point is, I’m not enforcing it. One of you - or both - can put the other on ignore/block, etc. But as far as I’m concerned, it’s irrelevant here in terms of his...

PATRIOTS NEWS Kuhr hired as defensive coordinator; Terrell Williams moves to a new role [edit: was Kuhr was frontrunner for the job]

I've said all I'm going to say on it. My recommendation from here is for the two (or at least one of the two) to use the ignore/block function and move on.

The videos all season have been outstanding. I've definitely really enjoyed all of the little behind-the-scenes moments.

Breer: Vrabel says the Pats will approach the offseason getting younger, cheaper, & better options

Because I told @Sam Bam Cunningham it's not relevant or necessary. It's over and done with. We're on to 2026.

LOL, it was just such a cool moment when Maye got hit and stayed down, and Vrabel helped him up, asking him if he wanted to finish. Was just surprised not to see that at all in that video. Same with the moments on the sideline. Again, all of those were teased in short-form video by the team...
