Bedard film review of Patriots at Kansas City Chiefs

Yeah, who cares that the QB does not see the field, and forces throws into double coverage or well covered receivers. It's not like the offense struggles or anything like that.

A positive: Pats QB best QB Rating in the NFL!

G threw bullets out there, with a quick release, great accuracy and great timing. At least there is hope for the future.

Patriots Defense vs. Pass actually best it has been in quite awhile

All awfull recent Pats defences at least could stop the run. Now they can't even do that. So opponents just run all day. But hey, its great news they dont pass as much. Let's celebrate. Of course, in the past opponents were forced to pass pass pass to keep up with the high powered Pats...

Run D has been a problem

    But he's a phenomenal athlete, so it's all good:eek:

Run D has been a problem

Of course it is fact. I still remember when the Pats needed a stop in the AFCCG and Collins was lit up by Julius Thomas for a 30 yard gain. As for the KC game, the point is, if Collins is so phenomenal in coverage, why didn't they trust him to cover Kelce? Because he is not that phenomenal...

Run D has been a problem

The old athletes vs football players. Collins looks like a very good athlete, but not good football player. Past drafts are full with these types of athletes who never became good football players.

Run D has been a problem

Later in the game it was garbage time, KC was killing the clock, the D knew what was coming. Of course they looked good then. The problem was what they did before the game was out of reach.

Run D has been a problem

Is he really? Julius Thomas lit him up in the AFCCG, and T Kelce run wild Monday night.

    BELICHICK IS TO BLAME.

He certainly did not suck in pass pro. With him the Pats got to the AFCCG, won 12, sustained drives, established the run, converted 3rd downs by running, did not lose by double digits, the offense did not look shot, never looked so bad as they do now.

    BELICHICK IS TO BLAME.

I'm very sure that my eyes are no lieing to me, and Miguel was kind enough to provide hard data. What could go wrong when your interior OL is already shaky, and you get rid of the best interior OL? What could go wrong when you have one of the best pulling guards in the league, you get rid of...

    BELICHICK IS TO BLAME.

Ummm, NO. The OL was no where near as bad as this one.

    Where's Devlin?

It's obvious that Brady is a problem. He is forcing throws into double coverage to Gronk and Edelman, and ignoring wide open targets. develin was wide open on that gronk play amendola was wide open when Brady could have run, but decided to throw to a well covered Edelman.

    Let's talk defensive line

Collins? Who ? That guy was completely invisible all game long. Actually all 4 games.
  14. P

    Where's Devlin?

This guy has great hands, too bad they don't use him out of the backfield

Chandler Jones Is a Mediocre Player

My barometer is certainly not off. Many of those listed were solid players. If they would still be they wouldn't have made Oakland look like a NFL team. Brady, far from solid, forcing throws, bad picks, one of the worst statistics for a QB now. If his name wasn't Brady you can bet there...

Curran:Patriots have deep-seated, and vexing, problems

Many seems to have forgot that Wilfork sucked last season before he got injured. He did the same in both losses. In fact the supposed great players in the front 7, Mayo, Wilfork and C Jones, have been awfull in the 2 losses. The defence looked better last season with Spikes and rookie DTs...

Chandler Jones Is a Mediocre Player

Bad excuse to cover up his bad play. Exposed by Andy Reid, who went after him all night long. In Miami, as in KC, he was easily blown off the ball 1 on 1. 1 sack here and there certainly does not equal the negative plays he has allowed.
  18. P

Chandler Jones Is a Mediocre Player

Bad excuses. So if other players sucked, he can suck too? And then you call him solid. That's a good one.
  19. P

Chandler Jones Is a Mediocre Player

A solid player does not get destroyed 2 games out of 4 in the run game. A solid player does not completely dissapear in the playoffs.
  20. P

Chandler Jones Is a Mediocre Player

He was awfull in both losses. Easily blown of the ball and taken out of run plays 1on1. He is so overrated.
