What's with the sudden panic over the offense?

Guys, bad news I'm afraid. I did a madden simulation and we aren't gonna win the superbowl this weekend :/

    Tebow, Blount, Edelman

Edelman played QB in college, he any good as a 3rd string QB over Tebow?

Moving Forward at TE: David Thomas, Dallas Clark, or Other

Belichick won't beat a dead horse, he will adapt.

    Edelman

Been a fan of Edelman for some time and I hope we get to see him out there for the full 16 games or he'll likely be cut with his "prove it or lose it" contract with no guaranteed money. I'd love to see him out there for the full 16 games but I'd settle for what is more likely to happen, him...

    The Tight End Situation

I didn't want my prediction that the WRs will be used more this year to come true like this...

Pats sign RB George Winn, an UDFA from Cincinnati

Could give the following a run for their money: Hoomanawanui Fells Blount Bolden

    Brady vs Rodgers vs Manning

You come back from an injury and see if you are 100% Tried comparing Peyton to Brady but got lost in Peyton's forehead

    Expectations for Michael Buchanan

If I remember correctly he was previously projected to be a first round pick but due to the jaw fiasco (poor character exhibited by fighting) and the result of that - being straw fed which made him lose a lot of his mass he was a lot weaker which explains the drop off in production during his...

    Football Gone in 20 Years?

Football is simply too profitable, even at a high-school level. It will adapt to public demand instead of dying out.

Reiss: Growing pains for Pats' WR redo?

Lol yeah, my bad. Anywho, imagine last year, if welker were injured. Our whole passing offense would have gotten derailed.

Reiss: Growing pains for Pats' WR redo?

Hopefully with Brady losing his binkys he is forced to spread the ball more and not become unpredictable - this will be key against great defenses that we face in the off season

JaMarcus Russell-would you give him a 2nd chance?

Why do people have to drag other issues such as religion into sport? smh

ESPN:Is Tom Brady on the decline?

It's apparent that he is slipping, but not by far at all. My biggest concern though is if Brady gets taken out again and we are left with a JAG like Matt Cassel. I don't think Mallet is ready to step up. Heck he may never be ready. I just hope that Brady realizes when the right time to step...

    Additional Free Agent Additions

I disagree with needing a WR, if anything we're spoiled for choice so far. Definitely some insurance at DT is needed however.

Dwight Freeney thinks that owners colluded to keep free agent prices down

All I gathered from this article is that Dwight Freeney is an arrogant twat. Of course you are going to get paid less when you are past your prime and are old. Teams are looking to be the best they can be and they can't do that by paying everyone top dollar contracts so as to be nice to them.

    Patriots 53-Man Roster Projection 1.0

I agree, Wilson will definitely be a lock. Even if he isn't playing a whole lot he will be there in a mentoring role 2013: Base salary: $1 million Cap hit: $1,333,333 Cash value: $2 million 2014: Base salary: $1.5 million Cap hit: $1,833,333 Cash value: $1.5 million...

Some perspective on Tom Bradys past 5 seasons

As BB once said: Stats are for losers

    Best Offensive Weapons since 2007?

I agree - our weapons won't be as good but we will have more. When it came down to games against tough defensive opponents when we were relying on only a couple of key receivers, they got shut down and subsequently, we were shut down.

    Best Offensive Weapons since 2007?

Danny Amendola can get deep but I don't think they'd be doing too many streaks with him I doubt TJ Moe has any chance of making the team at this point. He's promising, but with Amendola in a long term contract and Edelman being a lock behind him in the slot due to his punt return ability and...
