Care is the wrong word. I've had great contacts with them, but they don't actually control the exchange, thats TM. They can complain, but they can't actually do much when it comes to ticketmaster issues (which it looks like this is).

Yes, I've tried emails to all their addresses, phone calls to all their numbers, twitter to all their accounts. I don't know any other way to get their attention, and i dont know that they would care if I did.

Offices are closed too, so no one is answering the phone. man, this sucks, this was my last/best hope for snagging a seat.

I didn't mean to be too sour. The $200 is refundable if you opt not to buy or drop off by choice, and the benefits are worth it. It's just that 5 years ago, it was much much easier to get tickets through presales and the TM. This is the reality of the NFL being at peak popularity at the same...

The best thing about cold, rainy, snowy, bad weather games is that the wine and cheese crowd sell there tickets to actual fans for cheap. Seriously, the crowd is twice as loud (and twice as drunk) when the conditions are bad. Side note, i'll be there.

I noticed that as well. I think they are the "premiere" price and not the "marquee" price, which surprised me. I mean, I'm NOT complaining, but I figured a playoff game would be the most expensive of the season. Maybe we should stop talking about it before they jack up prices in the future ;)
