Whilst i don't think any day 3 picks are drafted with the belief they will start it obviously happens with our own Jack Jones and Onwenu contributing pretty much immediately.

The pats are awful against mobile qbs and weren't great on 3rd down last year. We have also been clearly toying with faster LBs such as Wilson and i think this pick is one more step to acknowledging that is a need in the NFL right now by Bill.

Brady this year showed that you still need good coaching. If you look at any great coach's record when they lose a Hall of Fame QB it usually will be worse. That stands to reason.

In a perfect world yes but we are in a position where we need a starter at tackle or we are relying on Reily Reif. If there is a Tackle who they like that is available at 14 surely you pick rather than risk losing him?
