Kerry McComb’s take on Fred Robbins –
Excellent physical size. Very intense player who combines excellent power with surprsing quickness for such a large man. Ran an impressive 4.81 time recently at the combines in Indy so this kid can motor. Excellent explosiveness allows him to get good penetration. Has above average lateral and 360 agility combined with excellent balance. Good knee bender and does an excellent job of using his hands and arms to shed and stand up potential blockers. Ideally projects as a 2 gap 4-3 DT but he should be quick and agile enough to play a 1 gap 4-3 and quite possibly strongside DE in a 3-4. Best Demon Deacon since Michael McCrary. Sleeper guy who, if he is able to put it altogether could be the best DL taken in this draft.
