Patriots Rumor Is Mike’s job security in any danger now? (Vrabel Allegedly Caught Kissing Russini in New Photos 6-Years Ago)

A report indicating the Patriots are potentially in the market for this player, or have expressed or plant to express interest.
If he lied to the players and Kraft, this could be curtains. If you listen to Kraft on how he views lies, you should know this is serous if you still think it is none of our business and a non story.
Kraft is not saying folks should be holier but he just wants honesty so he knows how to proceed.

Kraft just wants to win, and Vrabel took them from complete dogshit to the Super Bowl. And the idea people are throwing out about Vrabel " losing the team" is as wrong as it gets, the players and coaches are going to rally around him,

I've said it before, we'd have serious problems right now if guys like Diggs and Barmore were getting cut on the spot for being in the news.

Vrabel just needs to be real with his family and the team. He doesn't owe me an explanation. The guys that matter already got one, and as you say, will rally around him.

Nobody on the team cares about this. Every single one of these guys cheats on their wife or girlfriend or whatever. Coaches and players. So nobody is going to think differently of Vrabel because they know how it is.

The pearl clutching media and fans are the only people who care about this who aren't named Russini or Vrabel.

Those conduct clauses are usually very loose, with plenty of wiggle room to accommodate a winning coach or can a loser.
Not really. Losers don’t need conduct clauses to be fired. Really you dint need a reason to fire a coach. And you still have to pay him. The morals clause is a way to get out of paying them and there is no way Kraft wins a lawsuit that Vrabel is immoral when Kraft paid for a * and a blowjob.

We all now know that he had an extramarital affair. Any additional evidence of that doesn't make it any worse. .

There’s just still this weird sense in me that somehow we’ll go into August with Josh McDaniels at head coach.

Don’t ask me how, but it seems like we’re destined to endure that punishment.

70 % of US male married population is the only research I've seen.

The problem is the only way to know is self-reporting and many people just don't want to admit something like that, even anonymously, and despite the prevailing idea that cheating always gets found out, that has not been my experience.

But the main reason I say that they all cheat in the NFL is because they live a life of endless opportunity with the cream of the crop or close to it in terms of physical appearance. They're away from their families a huge portion of their time and if you're smart, you won't get caught.

Obviously it's much easier to get caught in this era, so that probably probably deters some of these guys.

I simply can't judge people morally for cheating. Not only because I myself have cheated before in my youth, but also because it's just impossible to tell the true makeup of a relationship from the outside.

Cheating is "wrong," in that it's better not to cheat, obviously, but I can't say that finding out that someone cheated on their significant other has ever tangibly impacted my regard for their character.

So after that short press conference, I think we can all assume that Vrabel is and will remain the Pat’s head coach. Let him get his **** together and let’s go Pats ! We are onto the 2026 draft.
And it seems very likely he’s not going to be dealing with a midseason divorce either.

We have discussed how having Drake and Vrabel made NE a desirable destination for FAs.

Vrabel’s drama has given us a black eye.

Anyone think it will impact FAs wanting to come here?

It's really easy... just don't worry about it... It might hamper the team a bit in the short term but by the time the season starts 5 months from now we will have forgotten about this entirely in all likelihood.
I could not care less about the cheating but if it turns out that he is the father of one of her children, it becomes a whole different story.

For the kid's sake, I hope it is not.

No

How does that matter?

And how does it compare to TB12 fathering the child of his ex-girlfriend?

I feel like some people here really want this to lead to his firing.

Take a deep breath, a drink perhaps, or maybe a toke if that's your thing and settle. The guy looks like he boinked someone other than his wife (do we know their marital arrangements anyway?).

He didn't hurt her, might have hurt some feelings, and doesn't square dance on the side of Judeo-Christian morality. He's human and loads of dudes in the NFL cheat on their spouses. Linking this to his football duties is wild. Not a great thing at all, but let's not cut our franchise off at the knees here.

He probably was watching his team run through the tunnel one day and said to himself "I should call her"...

The media craze behind this feels like it's fueled by the same ****sticks that brought us Defamegate. Don't feed it.

Would the front office/ownership at some point take measures to save face here? It feels like a terrible idea that would set our franchise back another 5 years, but this has that same momentum of that kind of situation happening.
Why would you jump to the conclusion that an employee having an affair with somebody employed by another company would "set our franchise back another five years"

This is 2026, not 1626. This is an NFL coach, not Jerry Falwell, Jim & Tammy Faye Baker or Jimmy Swaggart.

Do you have any idea how many peope on planet Earth have affairs, or get divorced on an annual basis?
