Until next year. Amirite?IF we get AJ. Brown and get either one of Ted Hurst - Chris Bell - Stribling - Fields or Caldwell. I'll never ask for a WR again...maybe.
You would also be trading a WR or 2.If we got AJ Brown day 1 and Chros Bell day 2, then you wouldn't ask for another WR until day 3.
You're lying to yourself and everyone else. As soon as next year rolls around, you won't care who the Pats drafted. You'll want the next "SHINY" WR. That's your broken record every year.IF we get AJ. Brown and get either one of Ted Hurst - Chris Bell - Stribling - Fields or Caldwell. I'll never ask for a WR again...maybe.
I've not been a fan of Howell. A bit of a bully against bad teams with a limited pass rush repertoire, depending on the ghost move.Jon Ledyard is the only analyst I've seen who's high on Cashius Howell as a first rounder. Says he has the best pure pass rush traits in the class, in terms of burst, reaction, repertoire, awareness, game intelligence and feel etc. Obviously physically limited against the run which makes him a less complete Edge than some others.
He has Malachi Lawrence as his number one Edge overall, which kinda surprised me. Because as bad as Howell is against the run, he at least tries. If my life depended on Howell or Lawrence stopping a run, I think I'd choose Howell (and a burial plot). I definitely don't want either at 31.
But then Ledyard does specialize in Edge/DE scouting, so what do I know?
