2026 Draft: RT

Package him for A.J. Brown. I think the Eagles can use some help on their OL.
Interesting idea...but then we are making the OL even weaker then in 2025...only to help support the WR position. I prefer we put more resources into the OL and not less. On our current team...only drake can lead us to the promise land...giving him time to throw and the RB's room to run is the right direction to go in IMO.

I like Rutledge, would fit in well and a Vrabel type of player so it seems.
Round 2-4 maybe. Round 1, that's a hard pass. Never draft guards in round 1. They are so fungible. Did we already forget the cautionary tale of Cole Strange?

Might be looking for a more athletic and mobile line rather than one focused on power. If you're moving on from that kind of an approach with an athletic group and if you are moving on at right guard in a year, it might befray impending salary cap issues while building for the future.

Yes. A More "athletic and mobile line" which is why they went out and got a Blocking TE and one of the best blocking FBs in the NFL. Because a mobile and athletic O-line fits in with those things.... Err.... wait... HUH? What???

I think both of the acquisitions block well in space.

Smash-mouth football. Has zero to do with whether they are blocking in space or not. You need an O-line that has POWER to be effective at Smash-mouth football.

No, that was Mike Vrabel.

This is so laughably bad I had to post it. Ended up a 4 time pro bowler in consecutive years. Athleticism isn't everything.

Edt - I'd hate to see how bad the other 65 were.

To be clear, I do not expect Iheanacher, Miller, or Mesidor to be on the board at 31. Will be thrilled if any are.
There are always surprises. Miller is not really dynamic. Mesidor has injury concerns and only one full year of high production. Could happen.

Lineanchor has a lot of press and looks the part, so I doubt he is there at #31.

In the 'why Vrabel will pick Iheanachor' column is the fact that the no 1 RAS OT on record played for Vrabel for most of his time at the Titans (although wasn't drafted by him).

Still didn't get to that 4.47 SS cutoff, though!
