I mean ... plenty of men do wildly unethical/unprofessional/coercive things in their business-lives, and it hasn't seem to cause prejudice towards men when hiring, or generated unfair stereotypes that hound them during their job search.
As you yourself said, it's an unfair stereotype, and the potentially unprofessional/unethical actions of one woman doesn't make it suddenly a fair stereotype. Also - how are we concluding Russini personally seduced Vrabel physically? She's an attractive woman; I'm sure Vrabel finds her attractive - no seduction required.
And even if she made every effort to seduce/manipulate him, it ultimately takes two to tango - Vrabel has the full power to refuse any advances. The whole notion of women seducing men has always amused me a bit, as if men need to be persuaded into sexual encounters, heh. There are a lot of attractive women in the world, dudes are horny, and most don't need to be persuaded to have sex very often. The men absolutely are along for the ride - it's not like they're being seduced against their will, or hyponitized, or something.
