I love how polarizing uniform conversations are.

So I'll just solve that problem for everyone:

The quintessential Brady years are peak even if they aren't my favorite uniforms they just simply encapsulate the most dominant team in the ENTIRE history of sports when you factor in everything like the salary cap (**** off Celtics and Yankees fans) etc.

After that? The 1980s red/whites were the next best. Everything else sucks.

Monochrome uniforms, in any combination, are blasphemous against all religions.

The team is overdue for a Senior Committee Inductee.
That's the only way people like Fairbanks or Russ Francis are ever going to get in.
Unfortunately it will be posthumously, just as it was for Houston Antwine (who should have been part of the initial class) and Leon Gray. Why wait until after a person is dead to honor them?


Senior Inductees:
2011 - Jon Morris
2015 - Houston Antwine
2019 - Leon Gray


As for this year's vote, it's going to be a formality, as Gronk will win the popularity contest. Adam will have to wait at least one more year, while Logan Mankins will be a distant runner-up for the fourth time.

That geno Smith signing is top notch GMing by the jets.
I guess what the **** does geno care who he signs with. That Seattle tenure set him up for life.

Think he can pay back his debts now? He learned the hard way last time he was in new york
 
Why do we need a new thread for every time something happens with another player in the NFL?
The thread gets about 10 comments and moves on. It's just pointless, IMO.
Kirk Cousins, Puka Nacua, etc.
I can see the Maxx Crosby issue. It was unbelievable how that went down.

I think i will vote for Fred Marion this time around... Unless there is a second vote allowed... Then we'd have the Mank/Marion class... The M&M class...

i like dugger, but he really was a liability over the last two years... that was one balky ankle... two years of burnt toast crumbs he needs to shed to regain some semblance of his old form... i'd rather he do it in cincy than pitts

yeah, the issue he has is (if i have the process right - might need to be verified) this - the senior committee has three spots for nominations - Past finalists eligible for the senior committee are automatically nominated... Ron Burton ('07), Chuck Fairbanks ('13) and Fred Marion ('12) have all been finalists... so there is no room for Julius Adams... there would need to be a gap in the number of senior eligible players before he can get a nod... its a shame really... he should be in the Pats HoF...

Maybe the Pats can have a special 75th anniversary class in 2035 where they can clear out the log jam of deserving players...
