I feel like he's a slight downgrade from Chaisson...but maybe a change of scenery will help.

Well I think he'd be replacing Jennings, kind of. In terms of playing time, Jones replaced Chaisson and this guy replaces Jennings (if we sign him). In terms of role this guy is more similar to Chaisson though as just a pure rusher.

Still need to replace Landry. (Or what Landry was supposed to be).

Maybe they get lucky and Mesidor falls.

The dream is Bain falling - that way the GDTers will complain about his short arms instead of random wide receivers we didn't trade for.

(I think Bain is more complete, more of a bully, but Mesidor is certainly a good pass rusher who can slot in right away)

It looks like Ebiketie went from OLB to DE and his numbers dropped. Did they have a scheme change that was not a good fit in ATL ?

Atlanta went through a lot of defensive issues while he was there. Tough to say how much of it was on him...but I guess we'll see.

I think saying he's been a JAG to this point is pretty fair.
He does have (or had, anyway) traits that would make him better than that, but we'll see.
