I was intrigued by the safety Emmanuel McNeil at the end of the 1st but if cross and Hawkins resign then that's taken care of.

Not a fan of Spillane. Coverage at the lb spot needs to improve.

Not impressed by the wr or te groups. I think Romeo will be successful but they don't have pass catchers. 1st should go to wr or lb.

I addressed this in another thread. The idea that they're reacting based on the Free agents they lost doesn't track. The Ravens CHOSE to walk from the guys who signed elsewhere already with the exception of Lindenbaum. He was the only "Surprise" because of the whack money the Raiders threw at him.

They had 46 people under contract prior to the Crosby trade. The Ravens had 20 UFA with 3 of them being 34+ and another 4 being 30+. 3 of the players they lost rejoined Harbaugh. But 1, Likely, wasn't going to be re-signed by the Ravens.

If I can see this as obvious, then the Ravens GM should have known this before the Crosby trade.

Lots of tackles mocked in the 1st round too. Agree with bpa as it stands now.

Wonder who they get in fa to fill in the te room. Sadiq is the only guy I really know from college. Maybe hes a target with a small trade down?

Yes they Chose to walk away from those guys which puts more emphasis on them wanting those picks back. They just signed Hendrickson, so Yes they wanted a game changing Edge and the picks so when Trey said I will come there then Baltimore claimed failed physical.

Just my opinion, no need to respond

I would note that WHEN the price for Brown comes down after the draft, we still are in the mix to trade for him, especially of he has to approve a trade.

The Vandy kid, Delp from GA, Raridon from ND (injury history though). Some interesting players on n the draft at TE.

Tbh at this point I'd rather trade for Crosby than AJ Brown. The need at DE is probably higher than WR. Will the knee stop him from doing it at a high level for more than ~3 years? Maybe, yeah, but for the next few years you have a DL of:

Maxx Crosby
Milton Williams
Christian Barmore
Dre'Mont Jones

with Harold Landry, Cory Durden, Elijah Ponder and Bradyn Swinson subbing in. That is a nasty DL. Plus Gonzo, Davis and Jones in the back, and Woodson taking a sophomore leap at safety? That just sounds ridiculous...
