Westover wasn't really a fullback, he just played there because Lampe got hurt and it was too late to find a better replacement. Westover is really a TE, he will go back to playing TE and compete for a spot as the third guy there and/or on special teams.
Not yet. Westover was an ERFA. It costs nothing to release him if he doesn’t win a spot.

I don't think they get there on their own. They were probably bidding against another team. (Unless he just didn't want to go to the Raiders that badly)
