2026 Pro Days

Patriots are at Navy’s pro day. DT Landon Robinson who we’ve shown interest in already and Eli Heidenreich.

Eric Galko says, "Despite being a bit undersized" - LOL - 5'11" on the DL is a "bit undersized"? I love the Navy guys, but 5'11" is a LOT undersized for the IDL in the NFL.
Just the kinda thing overachievers like to hear.

Initial reports say Heidenreich's 3 cone was 6.5secs (apparently some stopwatches recorded faster) and shuttle was 4.03 at 202lbs. Was only askd to do WR drills, not RB ones.

If true, that's huge. Heidenreich is a WR, not a RB. do you have a source for that 3-cone, I can't find anything on X?

NM. found it.

Eli Heidenreich emerged as one of the best prospects

Running back Eli Heidenreich sat on his forty time of 4.44 seconds from the Combine, but improved his vertical jump by one-half inch to 35 inches. He blistered to a three-cone time of 6.5 seconds, the number written on the sheets, yet some stopwatches recorded faster times. His short shuttle time came in as fast as 4.03 seconds. Heidenreich tipped the scales at 202 pounds, four pounds heavier than his weight from Indianapolis.

Lock him into the mocks!

What I would like at WR, either from FA or the draft:

1. An alpha X. Right now signing Alec Pierce seems like option 1.

2. A guy (primarily a slot WR) who can get open in a phone booth and break opposing DB's ankles. Preferably day 3 of the draft. Julian Edelman is the prototype.

Cyrus Allen and Eli Heidenreich seem like the best low-cost options to me for #2 right now. Zachariah Branch, Deion Burks and Kendrick Law are others, if they available day 3.

Add a true TE, reinforce the OL, and you should gave a 30PPG offense.
