I don't think this SB will be close. The Seahawks got the luxury of facing 2 of their division rivals in the playoffs. The last non-rival team they faced was the Panthers, and that game was 3-3 into the 3rd quarter until Bryce Young melted down and spotted them 14 easy points.

Darnold will see ghosts and be haunted by them I think the Pats get up to a big lead, and the Seahawks do score in the 4th to make it look closer, but this won't be a close game.

Will the weather be a factor in this Superrbowl? Forecasts predict a gameday temperature of 54 degrees with a 30% chance of rain.

Based on this I feel like most of the scoring if it happens at all will happen in the first half. Once it starts raining, if it does, that could really negate the offenses and both teams already feature strong defenses.

So I'm going to predict a low scoring close game. I hope we can come out on top even if nearly ALL the national media has already counted this as a loss for us.

I'm going to mirror the 2001 Superbowl for this prediction.
