It’s a television, change the f’n channel if a guy from a US territory singing in his native language infringes upon delicate sensibilities.Blocked WJH, DB, and Triumph on this thread and it was like going from Cracked Magazine to War and Peace. It's bizarre seeing old white guys this angry about a 15 min concert in a pre-game thread.
Not so - Spotify pays the artist based on how many times a track is actually played. This isn't a random person rating or voting - Spotify tracks the number of people that actually listen and hands over cash accordingly.but Spotify's "ratings'" are easily manipulated.
Enjoy the void since you can't be bothered to talk football.Nowhere did I support, claim fandom, promote or defend Bsd Bunny. I have never heard a full song he has recorded. But your points were disproven so you went off on some unrelated tangential rant, which may or may have merit and has nothing to do with Kid Rock’s die hard supporters looking the other way when it comes to his song’s lyrics. That’s creepy AF no matter the artist, it should be pretty easy to move on from someone who has expressed those thoughts but I guess not.
The point that I made was the NFL made a calculated decision to book Bad Bunny due to his global popularity and their desire to grow the brand. You not buying into global streams, tour dollars and ticket sale numbers as showing poularity is just a bizarre take. But that’s your truth and you’re not budging so cling to it, it just goes counter to reality.

You are dead RIGHT on that one Fnord. Everyone knows rock didn't reach perfection until 1978.As for me, if I'm looking for someone with their pulse on the current pop music scene my go-to is my fellow old guys on Patsfans.com who think rock reached perfection in 1974.
He's a 5 percent owner in a team. Nobody would blink and eye if he chatted with Maye before the SB. He's not poaching a guy, he's no trying to get secrets, just a quick pep talk. If he did it for both QBs, fine, but to see Manning do it and not Brady...I dunno. I see your point, but nobody would care. Not even the Raiders.

Maybe you have memory issues but you started this whole non-football topic by lamenting over a halftime performer planning to wear a dress. You then went on to, let me check my notes, say he was not popular in part because you didn’t know who he was.Enjoy the void since you can't be bothered to talk football.
Tell that to Jamie Naughright.Manning has a likeable personality, Brady does not.
Two more days of crapping on the Pats should have them ready to go.If disrespect is worth anything on the field, Patriots will win 56-0. I never get how in a Super Bowl you cannot be at your most locked in, but I guess human nature is interesting.
If Seattle players get overconfident, they'll have a rude awakening.
I watched all of Darnold's throws last week. Get pressure he's going to struggle. He may have a great game if they don't get pressure but night and day between him and Stafford. Stafford scared me like Allen did. Darnold can't carry the team himself and that's where Pats can win this game. Drake plays to Drake's high regular season level and Darnold gets pressured. Those 2 things are everything.

A man wearing a dress for a SB halftime performance is absolutely different.Maybe you have memory issues but you started this whole non-football topic by lamenting over a halftime performer planning to wear a dress. You then went on to, let me check my notes, say he was not popular in part because you didn’t know who he was.
I get it, you’re cranky, objective data causes you confusion, you are easily triggered by anything different and you take great offense at anyone pointing out that Kid Rock has inappropriate content about underage girls.
Speaking for myself, I would be happy just watching somebody with talent. That's not the reason why mostly middle aged men clamor for classic rock for the SB show. They want that because that’s where their comfort zone is, most anything else outside of the genre makes them squirm. This same argument was made when Prince performed and when Bruno Mars performed and when Kendrick Lamar performed and on and on and on. Interestingly enough, none of these “unwanted” artists brought down viewership numbers.
As far as Bad Bunny, he’s been relevant for 10 years already. He was the most streamed artist globally from 2020-2022 and then again in 2025. His audience is huge and odds are his career will be just fine over the next decade plus.
I think you underestimate his global appeal and how he’ll draw viewers and for a league that’s pushing to grow the international audience, he’s exactly what the NFL wants.
But don’t worry, you can tune into the geriatric Kid Rock TP halftime show to listen to his lyrics on underage girls. Seems to be a theme his friends and fans like.
I really don't understand why a SB 1/2 show consisting of Foghat, 38 Special, and Peter Frampton wouldn't captivate the Gen Z demographic.....I am a 50 year old man and think Bad Bunny is pretty good. You guys arguing over this need to wake up and realize it's 2026, not 1996. I hang out with my friends and it's all 1980s rock and ****..************.
Delightful.Weather is definitely trending towards clear conditions now
