NFL News OT: Shadeur named Pro Bowl replacement

FWIW we don't know how many replacements declined invitations due to not wanting it or injury.
 
Well, we already know it's a popularity contest or else there's no way a 13 win team only has two representatives.
 
 
I haven't watched the Pro Bowl since that asshat Goodell moved it to before the Super Bowl.
 
This is even worse than Corky Jones' 2021 "pro-bowl" selection (after others turned that one down too).
 
What an absolute joke… The pro bowl is one of the biggest embarrassment and professional sports… This was just a little courtesy nod to daddy Deion. This guy sucked year and will most likely continue to suck! Maybe every other quarterback in the AFC declined the offer to go to the pro bowl and that’s what they were left with was him…Embarrassing NFL!
 
Shedeur Sanders, Pro-Bowler ... thats just got a great ring to it, doesn't it?

I guess its just me, but I absolutely love it that Shedeur Sanders has made the pro-bowl... A wonderful addition to the roster and the game really deserved a guy like him... highlights just how competitive it is in the modern day nfl...

And Shedeur, stand tall buddy, its an accolade no one can ever take from you...

Just like with Mac in 2021, they have a rank list and they go down it until they find someone. They just don't announce who declined (e.g., I'm guessing Mahomes was invited, but obviously had to decline).
