This could be the best day of draft the patriots have had since bb bday y2k

Interesting that we went for pass catchers at TE rather than pure blockers. Yes, Asiasi can play inline, and Keene has some tenacity to him, but they're better passing game weapons than blockers. I wonder if that means anything?

I love the idea of a TE double dip, though I have no idea if they are the right TEs to have picked

Have no problem with any of the picks, just somewhat confused on why they feel the need to trade up for these guys...

Sure. Like I said I think I know where the majority of the pessimism is coming from and it feels like many should do the same. He is gone and no point fretting about it now. With him the team was as good as their exit last year and no more.

If you think the questions regarding the Patriots are all about Brady, you have paid absolutely no attention to this offseason.

so we have a fifth, 4 sixes, and a 7 tomorrow. Not happy about not having a 4th we actually have done some serious damage in that round.

Why? The patriot defense was better last year. Whatever the QB situation is it’s hard to say buffalo is better than whatever we throw out there.
Not sure where this bills greatness is.

The Bills' QB situation is far more proven than the Pats' is, at a minimum. We know Allen is pretty good, while we know nothing about Stidham.

No Brady different year different decade, Same bill

So Bill gets to sleep in tomorrow

this is all on @luuked

as soon as BB read his take that he (BB) doesn't value TE position any more . he unloads 5 mid round picks to get 2 TE ;)

I once had five 2's.

Studarm is unproven beyond a pick six. Our offense is as bad as last season MINUS Tom Brady. The defense is lesser than it was but seems like it'll continue being good in the long run.

We will be fighting for second in the division...hopefully.

He is unproven but pick 6... as in how Brady ended our season last year? Small sample sizes and all. Just sayin.

9-7 isn’t unreasonable imo. May or may not win the division. We’ll see,

Keene is one of @captain stone favorite TEs...I don't know if he'll like the fact that we drafted him in the third.

Proven to suck. If we traded for a QB and he turned out to be the suckage that is josh Allen would you be happy? Unknown is better than known and crappy.
Allen is terrible.

It means they were fed up of seeing zero production for the abominations they called TE last season :)

The biggest problem on offense outside of the banged up OL last season was the lack of pass catching from TE, IMO.
