I think it makes us better in a way. TB can spread the ball out more to Dorsett, Gordon, and Edelman.Yes because replacing 4 catches for 54 yards is going to be so challenging

Wait.I hear you. I am just irate right now. Incensed even.
It bothers me to no end that women can just do this to men. And then when we react, we're the bad guys. They don't have to be held accountable, but we do. They don't get **** on for their actions. Women support each other, lock-step. But men have to stand alone, fighting against women AND men.
I'm not going to be that guy. I usually don't speak up on topics like this, but I am seeing a clear injustice here and people are just complicit. At this point, it's not even because he was a Patriot. Yes, he's an idiot, and sure he probably brought these things on himself by associating with these women.
But my god, are only men not allowed to make mistakes? A text message cost this man a Super Bowl. Incredible.
#Doitforme lol
Patriots didn't release him randomly. There is something large looming that nobody will touch.
The distractions offset the talent advantage. One game dude. The potential with brown would have been off the charts. You know they’re one relapse from Gordon to being average at the wr position with just one wideout and a number 4 wr and a bunch of unproven wideouts.
Have you not yet figured out after all these years that when the patriots make decision that seems unusual it’s only because you don’t know the facts?
Weren’t you the guy who complained when they released Hernandez?

I just wanna know if we gain any cap space.

I'm starting to think the Pats got wind of him ending up on the exempt list anyways. We were going to lose him no matter what so they were like ok we'll release him due to conduct and try and get our money back.
all it takes is one team.I think he will be untouchable until this plays out.
Yes they were. But they were sensationalized and a frenzy resulted so the league rightfully told him to back off.You still don't get it. Still think the texts were "innocuous"? C'mon, bro. The league had to put a restraining order on the guy. That alone was plenty for the Pats to kick him to the curb. You're smearing our organization by insinuating they're okay with what he did Wednesday night. They ain't.
But the thing is the text messaging to an opposing party, not even for Brown, could not have been expected?. IMHO without this messaging there's a really good chance it blows over. Nobody was going to be asking for him to be jailed and key thrown away because an appropriately placed towel. And the other lawsuit, at face value, seemed full of holes. He just had to play football and let his high priced attorneys deal with the rest. Again I think this would have blown over. Shocking even for him to have done this utterly incredibly massively shockingly stupid move that is the reason he is an ex-Patriot.
As far as short? yep you're right. I would have rather kept DT too but the numbers game was wrong to keep DT. For me, in a moment of I told you so , the lack of addressing TE goes back to the draft thread. But with that said, Patriots aren't stuck in the mud by a mile. This is still a good O and a good D.....just less so without AB and the potential that DT could have brought.
As I said in a previous post, BB was likely anticipating that Brown is going to get suspended. Goodell probably phoned him and told him things weren't looking good based on their 10 HOUR meeting with the girl.
It was a joke. But did you complain when they released Hernandez? What in the entire f*** are you talking about? My join date on this site is 2015.
Do I need to say anything else?
Women didn't do this to him, the jackass did it to himself. All he had to do was ALLOW THE LAWYERS, PR TEAM, AGENT THAT HE IS PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR TO DO THE JOB THAT THEY ARE GETTING PAID FOR. That is all he had to do, and he is too much of a headcase to stop.I hear you. I am just irate right now. Incensed even.
