I’m sorry....did anyone actually think AB was a good guy who was just misunderstood when the Patriots signed him? There’s a reason they got him on a one year deal and didn’t have to cut six players like most teams would with a top tier WR. The guy is a total egomaniac who has been recklessly destroying everything he touches for several years now.

This is why the Josh Gordon suspensions annoy me so much. Gordon is a good guy who has a serious problem. He shouldn’t be considered a villain because of his addiction. There are much worse people in the league who play every Sunday.

It has nothing to do with anything from his past.

Well there are provisions in contracts that deal exactly with the past. If you remember the way the Pats went after some of the signing bonus of Hernandez was based on language stating that there was nothing he knows about that would prevent him from playing.

Now in his case that meant being arrested and in jail but if the commissioner puts him onto the exempt list based on something he did in the past and is being sued for in a civil case things will get interesting.

I just want a week where we can talk about the upcoming game...team...how they did.

Every week from the Kraft incident to now this...it's always something.

I still don't like AB and when pats signed him I wasn't holding my breath he would last the year and now I don't care one bit if he's dropped today..next week ect or stays and helps.

Just play football and get the drama away from me.

Many people feel that an over-correction is necessary. This isn't my opinion, it's just one of the contributing factors in why these contemporary judgements are coming so swiftly and harshly.
