No analysis needed. It's ****king wutchcraft. There's no other way to explain games down there.

Gag job, lucky the Texans lost.

Brady took 3 points off the board, Gost missed a bunch of kicks, they were desperate to give that game away the whole 2nd half.

Man, this team just doesn't feel right. 2014 team felt right. This team is just... sigh...
Did 2014 feel right down 28-14 in the 3rd vs BAL?

The entire team lost this game in one way or the other.

The defense with a horrible first half. The offense with a similarly bad second half. Ghost with a missed FG and XP. Brady with an absolute brainfart at the end of the first half. Coaches for putting Gronk on the field on a play that could have never been a hail mary.
That about sums it up, a couple points here. 3 there, game

I just feel empty. Don't know if I should just laugh or be angry.

Were we even close to tackling Drake after he got the ball on the last play?

If I didn’t root for thus team, I would think that play was absolutely hilarious. How were they unprepared for that when Belichick supposedly stresses things down to the smallest, most minute detail. In the game thread, I almost posted “we need to be actively trying to score here,” but I deleted and just posted “game” thinking there was no way they could score. That play would not have mattered had Gost and the defense not **** their pants. Nice job on the defensive side of the ball, Bill.
Careful bashing the guy who has missed an easy kick in the biggest game of the year three years in a row.

Yeah, at this point, the Pats have not showed me that they could go on the road and win a game against a good team. The have beaten the Bill and Jets on the road. That is it.

KC will beat the Ravens and get the #1 seed. The Pats most likely will be 3rd,
Have the Texans suddenly reversed their loss to NE or are we just guessing we lose in PIT?

  • Agree

losing the game sucks but....texans also lost

Pitt next week

KC in OT but will prob win so...we still have inside track to 2nd seed, overall this loss prob just means we def don't get #1, which was unlikely regardless

Everyone can be blamed for this loss but it is mostly the coaches. I have defended them many times, but Florio is worse than Patricia, Mcd's play calling is horrible a lot of the time and BB does nothing about it. This loss is on them as much as it's on the players.

The game was lost by one the most headscratching decisions ever. Belichick outsmarted himself again. Ansolutely asanine call to put Gronkowski back there when it was obvious to everyone in the stadium Tannehill can’t throw 40 yards, let alone 75. He couldn’t even plant on his back foot.

Also why were they kicking from the 30? Did they get a penalty?

The game was lost on so many moments that it is pointless to assign one specific decision to overall blame.

The last play of the game was completely unacceptable. That is just bad coaching, bad tackling, a lot of players waiting for someone else to make the play. Poor effort.

Aaaand my phone is blowing up. What a joke. J O K E.

I’m so numb.

I had a feeling we’d lose by one the minute Gostkowski missed the XP, but to lose like that, in that fashion, is a gigantic nut punch of epic proportions.

Absolute choke job.

**** Gostkowski. That's all.

I know many factors etc ... but **** him

Screw this defense. Screw that coverage. Goodbye #1 seed.

See you wild card weekend. Utter disappointment
Another example of how a "prevent defense" didn't prevent anything.
