On to Denver

I would LOVE to be able to turn off the sound and listen to the game on the radio. WBLM always covers Pats games. However, and this really torques me off, they have a 5 second delay and there's no way to sync the sound with the TV. Sigh.

Mostly, at my age, I'm able to tune out the broadcast crew, hear them mostly as background noise asI concentrate on the action on the field. That, and copious quantities of beer make things tolerable. :)
Put your TV on mute and set this radio to sync with the action. I have used this going back to Gil and Gino. Games are much more enjoyable when you don't have to listen to some of the national broadcast clowns.
SR-303 SportSync Digital AM/FM Radio with 16 Seconds of Audio Delay
Good luck.

If Flacco was confused .. how will Siemian cope ..

Plus:
It was great to see NE run over #1 run D (chapeau to Mason and Develin).
Without Marshall and Davis most likely .. this will not be an easy task for Denver.
And with no running game to support let alone rely on .. a tough week for banged up Siemian.
With Rowe likely good to go (vs Thomas) .. its hard not to be optimistic about this one.

I think the Pats will handle them something like 24-10

If we can win convincingly in Denver....this tean officially becomes the Super Bowl favorite

But we have to exorcise demons first....Denver has been a House of Horrors throughout Brady's career
It is still a must win at the moment, unless Chiefs or Oakland lose more.

I mute all sound and surf the opponents message board during the game. (Provided we are winning) Occasionally checking in on our game thread.

I think the Pats will need to close the game out by the 4th quarter or they could become gassed out by then and Denver could pounce like they did last season in the November game. Also, they have to make sure that they eliminate any mistakes on special teams like Harper dropping the ball and allowing Denver back in it. Covering Sanders like a blanket will also be key to winning this game because he is the one player that always steps it up and makes big plays when he plays against us. The Broncos are going to be desperate so don't be surprised to see a few Pats players down injured because of the Broncos D playing dirty and going after players knee's.

If Von Miller is in Bradys' grill again like in the AFCCG, then the Pats will definitely lose. I don't think the Pats O-Line will be able to consistently block the Broncos D-Line on the road so this could be their downfall yet again at Mile High. Preparing for the Broncos at Mile High on a short week also does not help at all.

Having said all of that, I think the Broncos win to keep their season alive and the race for the AFC West interesting.

By convincingly, if you mean by 15-20 pts, I disagree. If we play like last night minus the turnovers and win, I think that's still a heck of a game. Blowouts are good but I would like them to play tough on the road against a good defense and stay healthy.

If they win or tie the TO battle we win easily +10

I still worry about that drty son of a bth Ward. He is a thug and will try to take out someone knees.

T.J. Ward has Gronk boner we don't have to worry about that now.

If we win by a point in Denver I'll take it imo they have the Best D in the NFL.

They do, but our Oline is great this year, Cannon was a scrub and became a pro bowler, Thuney is a gem, 69 is great too, Solder we all know that is a above avg LT, we can improve C but Andrews is so cheap that he's value increases a lot. They can run, they finally have a deep threat ... They should win this game

The Donks D is the best in the league against the pass. Tennessee completed like 6 or 8 passes last week. Having a running QB really helped. I think the Pats bust out the double running back in the backfield offense this Sunday. Look for alot of Dion Lewis. It won't be easy on a short week.

Yeah, not looking for style points. Besides, it's rare for Broncos to get blown out on their own turf.

I just want complementary, mistake-free football in all 3 phases of the game. So no dumb turnovers.

No question. Denver has the best passing defense in the League. This is the kinda a game where Tight Ends and Running backs thrive....

Hopefully, White, Lewis, Blount, and Bennet can come through for us!

Denver the team doesn't bother nearly as much as Denver the venue. That fcking orange puke-bowl is way too high up there in sky. We need to establish a good point differential early on, because like it or not, the Pats, especially the defense will be out of air by the middle of the third quarter. It's not an IF, it's a WHEN. They will be physically gassed out.

RUN THE BALL!!

They can't stop the run this year and it slows down their pass rush, don't get cute, Blount should get 20 carries.

This, and when they do pass, they'll likely be attacking their LBs, who happen to be pretty bad in coverage. Lewis will likely have his best game of the season next week.

Interesting nugget about the dual running back sets. If anyone watched that game earlier this season between Atlanta and Denver, then these types of packages were the ones that Atlanta really hurt Denver with on account of their two talented running backs, Freeman and Coleman.

Hopefully we see more of Dion this game , it seemed he barely touched the ball against the Ravens !

we know from last nite how its a week to week league. just last week ravens offense was 'hot' and yesterday did nothing. pats were just going through the motions vs the jets and rams and erupted last nite. Denver is in a must win scenario so they will pull out all stops. plus the passing game will struggle because they have a very fast and good secondary. But the pats should simply keep on running with blount/lewis/white and just block with bennent and mitchell. If blount is not featured in the game then pats might be overthinking this.
