Would just love to escape this week with a win. This team could really use the bye week. If they can get to 5-3, they'll get a week off to get healthy, then two games they'll be heavily favored in - home vs. Buffalo and home vs. Indy. Hopefully they can get it together over the next month...

Point spreads for Weeks 1-16 for the NFL season were released by Cantor Gaming today. Pats are the favorites in the first 15 games of the season. No spread on Week 17 yet, but most likely they'll be favored home vs. Miami as well. Week 1: New England Patriots -6.5 at Tennessee Titans Week...

Strictly guessing, but I'd say it'll be 49ers, Broncos, Ravens and one of the Jets games.

Also, Pats are currently slotted for 4 primetime games in 2012.

From the Patriots twitter account, they just revealed they start the year on the road and end the regular season at home. So for the opener it's either a divisional game, or they're playing @ Baltimore, Tennessee, Seattle, Jacksonville or St. Louis.
