I hate foot injuries ever since they turned The God-like low post game of Kevin McHale into something that could be defended by mortals. Let's hope Brady's foot problem isn't something chronic.

I'd rather have Brady rested and 100% without seeing any preseason action then see him starting the regular season NOT at full health.

Since BB has turned hiding injuries into an artform, is it time to be really, really concerned? Just in case, what FAs are still out there, or veteran QBs who are likely to be cut?

This make the post about his having an MRI a little more solid. Let's hope that rest and treatment is all that's needed.

The one good thing is now we will see what Cassel might be able to do with true first stringers.

Personally, I was not happy thinking of Brady behind that patched up

offensive line.

I hope for all of our sakes that the injury is minor. Wins would be few

and far between without Brady.

They'll probably do what they did with Moss last year. Let him rest the entire preseason and come in the first game and tear it up.

It's August.
It's Tampa.
It's pre-season.
The O-line is full of missing bodies.
Did I mention it's August in Florida?

He did practice on Thurs and when I was at practice Wed he seemed 100% to me. I would rather he rest now and be ready to go in the season.

Worst case senario is a stress fracture or something if it's sore. Or he might have done what I done yesterday and stood on one of these babies..

Forget the haircuts. A doctor friend of mine saw Tom Brady enter the RI Hospital Imaging Center this afternoon. He was there for an MRI!

There was thread at the Planet by LurkingWife saying that Brady was in her building. It was posted at around 7:30 AM. I didn't think it was important (as far a Brady was concerned), until I saw Bitsygirls post.

I then asked LurkingWife if that was the building that she worked and she confirmed that it was.

Again, having an MRI does not mean that they found anything serious or anything at all. Rest and work with the PT staff may be all that's needed.

This thread, plus what was said here http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-patriots/messageboard/showthread.php?t=97877 worries me. I was optimistic before...now not as much.

From the TC reports I read, no one ever mentioned he was having any problems. So is this something new? It's not that ankle injury from January still, is it?
