Personally, I'm very excited about what the Patriots defense might be bringing to the table this year. Can you imagine improving from the #4 defense in the league and having the offense maintain it's #1 status with this schedule, who knows !!!

In all fairness we were far from being the 4th best defense in the league, even if we were ranked that way.

I don't think I would use the word far from....we may not have been the 4th best but I don't think we were far from it. I would say easily top ten and probably closer to 4th best than 10th best.

Name the defenses you think that were better than the Pats, you wont get to far.
