Donte is great after the catch, but I think you're forgetting how Dangerous Moss used to be on similar plays. I remember him blazing past DB's, and taking a few of those WR screens the distance.
Once upon a time. Not anymore, though. I haven't seen him break a tackle all year.
He was talking about Moss not Stallworth.you must've been sleepwalking thru the Dallas game when he THREW the Safety like a ragdoll on his way to the TD.

Stick to watching Madden football

Plaxico has a banged up knee, and his ankle isn't right. He didn't practice most of the week, and I would guess he will be a half step slower with a whole lot less ability to do much juking.According to Steve Smith, Plaxico is better than Moss, let alone Stallworth. Add to that Terrell Davis' supporting assertion that Plaxico will excell by "using his mental game with his mind" (as opposed to most players, whose mental games are executed solely by their skulls and ears), and you have.... a slow, boring, terribly anchored day on NFLN.
Yea, he doesn't seem to have the same open field ability, but he's still fast, nows how to get open, and uses his size/leaping ability better than about any WR in the league.
No doubt. I was at the Army-Marshall game when Randy made what may be the greatest college football highlight of all-time, so I remember his tackle breaking ability of old as well as anyone. But this year, he just hasn't had that same dimension; I feel like this is the one weakness in his game, actually. Donte, on the other hand, is very slippery and tough to bring down. I've liked Stallworth to have a huge, breakout (well, not breakout, but huge anyways) game in these playoffs but he's disappointed to this point. Maybe this is his game? I really think Donte needs to be back next year, and I don't think his spot could be taken over by a Chad Jackson.... though Chad Johnson would be fine . As for Plaxico, he's just a pretty standard tall receiver who allows Eli to make so-so throws that he can come up with. He doesn't have the gamebreaking ability of a Hines Ward, let alone a Randy Moss.
As for DonBlackmon55, I really don't think I need to jump on the pile, so to speak.
