Seahawks got SB advice from source with conflict of interest

The funny thing is the person who gave McDonald info is probably not someone 1/1,000,000th as interesting or controversial as Brady but because he made it sound so secretive and mysterious people are going to speculate big. It may not even be someone most fans even know like a former position coach.

Bob gave Tom his walking papers, allowed Tom to become a free agent when the Patriots clearly owned his rights. That wasn’t Bill…
Brady forced Bob to remove the tag or else he was going to sit out the 2019 season.
Also Bob brokered the peace when Bill was going to ship Gronk to Detroit for playing hardball over money. So Bob was involved in personnel and contracts, even if he never held a hardline or told Bill who to draft or sign. That all changed in 2021 when Bob said personnel was becoming a collaboration after just hiring Wolf.
Like Brady, Gronk was upset with how poorly BB managed the Super Bowl and were tired of Bill in general. Both seriously considered retirement. Gronk then cut off communication with the Pats and that's when they set up the trade with Detroit. After Gronk found out, it fell though because he told the Pats he was retiring. Gronk later told them he was coming back.

Tom and Giselle met with Bob where she told Bob it was time for them to move on. Tom told Bob directly he wanted out. Bob later called Tom and granted his request to let him go, but Tom did the Mayo walk back on a phone call.

I said it was Bob.

Gronk wanted more guaranteed money. Feelings had nothing to do with it.

Brady tried to get to Miami, his wife wanted to be there… in hindsight to be closer to her karate teacher.

I would guess better to be a SB Winner in Tampa than a **** in Miami.

Ive been seeing this thread for a while now. My first thought was and is ...what could brady really tell the seahawks about beating the pats. He hasn't been involved with the team since 2019. The staff has changed, and Maye is a different qb than TB was, he can run, really run, so it adds a different dynamic to play calling.

Scott Zolak itemized this a few days ago on 98.5. The terminology he rattled off resembled a foreign language but he had no doubt that Brady -- if he wished -- could spill plenty of inside intel even six years removed, considering the system he and McDaniels essentially crafted together.

Obviously.
Being a **** in Miami is actually a very popular choice right now. There have been like 60 Super Bowls and winning one isn’t a big deal.

Your perspective on life is a gutter.
