The hat looks out of place. The hand warmer makes no sense in May...especially where it's located, the color and how its only on the side. Fingers look messed up. Flying Elvis isn't red. The shape of one sneaker doesn't match the other...or the design. etc, etc...

Bug story lines for me this year... Outside of AJ Brown.

1 LT - How does Campbell look? Is he the solution or not? Lomu? Who knows. But to me this is just important as the Brown story.
2 WR - Williams 2nd year leap? Hollins and Douglas are not long term answers here. Williams needs to step up and show he is a long term answer. He should sparks last year. Time to make the leap.
3 C - How does Wilson look now that he is back to his original spot? Last year was .... Not great for him. Hopefully with 2 good guards beside him and back to his old spot we can see him make good.
4 DE - landry/Jones are the top 2. Landry should look much better this year. But to me this is a spot where depth matters a lot. How does Ponder look? Can Jacas give an instant impact?
5 STs. Kind of an odd spot to focus on... But it is very important. I think this team is going to be in it late. And making good kicks and punts will be vital. Last year was inconsistent. Can't muff one in a defensive struggle or leave 3 points on the board vs a top tier team. This needs to improve.

No concern about LB? To me the possible weakness in the middle of the defense is one of the biggest storylines out there.

I thought it is either a wrist brace, or hand weights of some kind. I’m mildly surprised a wrist brace on his throwing hand isn’t blowing up to be bigger than any sex story…

Gonzo not at OTAs. Not surprising but again, I would ship his ass out. If I were the Patriots, I ain't interested in paying a CB who has injury concerns 40 million dollars. Let some other team do that.

Freaking Boutte beat Stingley clean in the playoffs. Gonzo shut down a slightly overrated JSN. Yes JSN is slighly overrated and I am more scared of some other WRs in the NFL (Chase, Jefferson to name a couple).

I recall that we had absolutely no trouble paying Gilmore the top contract for a CB.

It's because the Patriots recognized that QB, LT, WR & CB are the 4 most important positions in football.

If the QB is good and the WRs are good, chemistry comes pretty fast. Especially if they're building it since offseason/camp.

You saw our Offense when the real bullets start to fly; not in the regular season but Playoffs right?? It wasn't pretty Drake Maye Needs AJB.

I dont mind paying Gonzo top of the market money. Id make him the richest corner in the league. But I'm not gonna give him 4 or 5 or 7 more million than the 2nd richest corner. That would be greed on gonzos part and it's bad business. Id rather take 2 1sts and a solid player.

The longer you wait the more you pay, if Witherspoon gets his deal first you aren't going to be able to pay Gonzalez less than him.

It's gonna be that deal +500k-1m more a year.

Whoever gets the deal done first is going to set the number the other is getting.
