Wolf

We all do our own little mock draft/wish lists. I had none of the players so far on either list but I'm still pretty satisfied as a fan. It's all depth and lottery picks from here out. I can't wait to see the new guys in the preseason.

He’s been steadily picking guys I want the last two years. Williams, Farmer, Swinson, Jacas.

These picks have been predictable in a good way. I came away pissed off after many of those Belichick drafts in the later years.

Traded up two times to get the player he wanted. Picking at 31, its hard to get stars.
I just hope he can close the deal on AJ Brown (without giving up a first).
No Brown and I would consider this offseason as disappointing
Wish he had been in on Greenard.

yeah.. Because TWO 3rd round picks AND $100M contract is so worth Greenard... NOT..

honestly, who has done a better job the last 2 seasons turning over a roster?
forget about 2024. aside from Maye, the work done that draft season were for players that Bill would want in the draft.
post Bill, Mayo and his staff did not know what they wanted in the draft.
Vrabel has given Wolf a clear, concise player type he would want, and Wolf has delivered very well.

I thought you were intelligent but you are just a BB hater. Go **** your self. Cheers to the draft group.

Draft guys should know good players. The ghost of BB made evaluators see something other than good players? I never like excuses.

2024 is still too fresh to just erase from Wolf’s resume. That said, there were many contributing factors that year, and it appears as though he is turning in two very nice drafts in a row afterwards. So while we need to keep 2024 in mind, we should also credit 2025 and 2026, which were of course buoyed by the arrival of Vrabel and Cowden. It’s too early to give him an “A” grade as a GM, but he surely has elevated out of “F” tier.

Sure is looking like Bill was holding him back. Killed it last year and so far so good these last 2 days.
Ryan Cowden says hello I will never forgive Wolf for that Maye only Draft pathetic. If this year's Draft is a continuation of last year's: let's just say we Draft well in spite of.

lots of people impressed with Cowden, but I am not sure why?
he was given the interim GM title in Tenn, but could not get the permanent promotion, after being interim for a couple of months
he interviewed for the GM spot in KC, Carolina, Wash, NYG, Pitts, and came up empty every time.
he was an advisor to the Giants, and they allowed him to leave to come to NE.
I understand Vrabel is comfortable with him. but the guru behind the last 2 drafts/offseasons? his history is too thin imo for him to be much more than Vrabels eyes and ears
