I agree with all of that. My point was skipping half of the RAS testing means the RAS score does not correlate to anything.

This is going to sound like a backhanded compliment, but anyway, here goes: if only we had traded picks to move up so we wouldn't get saddled with J'Lynn Polk, Caeden Wallace, and Layden Robinson. We didn't get caught with our pants down this year.

I'm going to revise my opinion on him slightly. The more i look into him the more i like him just a tad more than i did leading up to the draft. I said before he was a rotational guy 1 year and likely a good year 2 starter. I think if need be he could be a starter sometime this year, though not day 1. It is a small distinction, but noticeable.

Absolutely pumped about this pick. I am an Illini fan so I’m a bit biased here. This dude is one heck of an individual. He is a freak athlete and a great person. Was not just a pass rusher at Illinois. They asked him to do a lot. Heck, the DL depth got so bad during his Jr season he played DE on a 3 man front. Didn’t *****, just did his job. Love this pick.
