You don't know that. If she hadn't retired, we have no idea what they would have done. Chances are if their investigation turned up irrefutable evidence of malfeasance, she would have been terminated (for cause) right on the spot.

The reality is that if this was what both of them claimed, all their friends would have backed them up and been able to place themselves at the same location. It's been over a week and these other people in the group have not even proven to exist.

That in itself is more than enough reason to believe what 99% of the world believes on this.

Yeah thats a very good point. No photo dumps by their friends etc etc which one would assume would be happening at this point especially. So even though we can't for sure know what happened, I'd say with 98 percent certainty that they were boinking, got lazy and got caught. Nothing more, nothing less.

Yeah I've had an issue with no photo drops from the friends as well. Then this morning I had a thought on that, where it's possible they were there and nothing happened. (Even though it's less likely than the "obvious ") Let's say all the friends are married or in serious relationships. They believe that nothing went on and drop those pics showing they were there. But then it's 100% confirmed that Vrabel and Russini are indeed having an affair, but perhaps the friends truly didn't know about it.

It doesn't matter, they instantly look bad to their significant others. They're helping their friends cover up an affair. That's not easy to come back from.

Of course it matters if they’re indoors. When you’re outside, you may be photographed because you are in a public place with no reasonable expectation of privacy. Those photos were disseminated to the press.

If our hypothetical PI has video or audio tape made when they were inside a private bungalow, that would be illegal. I’m not saying the law woukd stop a PI from gathering evidence, but such video/audio tape would not be published by a newspaper or TMZ type outlet.

It is not inside or outside that matters its what would be considered an expectation of privacy. You cant fly a drone up high and take pictures of your neighbor laying by her pool in her back yard when they have a privacy fence even though she is "outside". I can stand right beside you at bank of payphones and record you talking because there is no expectation of privacy standing at the corner of a 7-11 talking on the phone with open access to the public. I can record people walking around in walmart "indoors", they have no expectation of privacy in the cereal isle. Walmart could ask me to leave, the police could be called and inquire why I was recording people as it may be suspicious but no laws have been broken. I have been called for these types of cases at businesses numerous times. I have authored/supervisor and executed well over 100 search warrants that stem from PC from video and audio surveillance and when I speak it is based on VA law which as any state can be more restrictive than federal law it just cant be more laxed.

Oh it is absolutely out there on x/youtube/podcasts as well. That theory has gained steam over the past few days because a report claims someone close to Russini proposed that theory.

Thoughts:

1.) Vrabel did drive up there with a friend.

2.) if I were with a group of people…I’d not take photos outside of a group photo. So maybe none of them have random photos.

3.) Also, maybe none of them really wants to get involved. Vrabes said he wasn’t gonna justify this with a response….that might have shut things down.

Hard to say….. these were really sneaky photos…both were completely unaware that photos were taken the closest one is of Vrabes walking pool side….looks like the photographer was laying at the pool and took a photo. And there weren’t any BETTER or more INCRIMINATING photos…I also find that curious as well.

At the end of the day…this is between Mike and Jen (shrugs) and Dianna better hope she can find another gig…I think she is done with pro football….fair or not.
